Fields: Natural Grass
Registration Deadline: Due to field delays the deadline has been extended to April 13, 2010. All teams must have paid a minimum 50% deposit by this point to be placed on the schedule........NO EXCEPTIONS.
Entry Fee: $550 PRO Division and $450 OPEN Division
ALL TEAMS MUST PAY A MINIMUM OF 50% DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT! NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL. ANY AND ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO FIRST GAME.
Ref fees: $45 per game (Paid at the field)
Format: Pool Play on Saturday/Single Elimination on Sunday
Rules: MCFFU Rulebook
This event will feature MCFFU Head of Officials Zeric Foster
MCFFU Points: 300 pts
Important Tournament Notes:
* OPEN Division is dependent on a minimum of 8 paid teams If there are not 8 teams than those teams who have registered for Open will have the choice to play in the PRO Division ($100 extra) or be refunded their entry fee
* Registration Deadline is Tuesday, April 13th **NO EXCEPTIONS**
* All teams advance to Sunday
* No overtime games on Saturday
* Teams must comply with the MCFFU Uniform Policy of matching tops with numbers on the back and shorts/pants of the same color
* No team is counted as in until full payment is received
* All teams responsible for keeping their sideline clean
* Schedule will be posted no later then Wednesday April 14th
* Teams will be seeded for Sunday based off Saturday results using the following formula: 1) Record 2) Point Differential 3) PA 4) Coin Toss
* 30 man rosters must be submitted by email by the registration deadline of April 13, 2010
* All teams must have roster waiver completed and submitted prior to first game
* Full concessions will be offered at the field

The earlier post today regarding discounted rates for this event were not posted by any memebers of the GCFFA.
THERE IS A REDUCED RATE FOR ALL GCFFA & HFFL TEAMS THAT WAS PROMOTED OVER A MONTH AGO AND WILL STILL BE HONORED.
WE ARE ANTICIPATING 20-26 TEAMS BETWEEN 2 DIVISIONS COMING FROM MARYLAND, PENNSYLVANIA, NY, NJ, CT, RI and MASS INCLUDING BACK TO BACK MCFFU NATIONAL CHAMPION BALTIMORE PACKERS. LET US SHOW YOU WHAT ALL THE HYPE IS ABOUT AS WE HOST THE LARGEST EVER NATIONAL 9-MAN TOURNAMENT IN CT HISTORY!!
