| night riders are eliminated from the league all teams playing the riders will receive forfeit win
NEW REF FEES WILL BE $60/ GAME FIELDS 1 AND 2 WILL HAVE NEW REFEREES FROM MASS 3 ON EACH FIELD.... FIELD 3 WILL HAVE 4-5 CURRENT REFEREES MORE EYES ON THE FIELD FOR THE SAME AMOUNT
Game Protests: Before the protesting team plays another down, they must submit a $50 Protest
Fee. Should they win the protest, they are refunded the fees; should they lose the protest, the
fees will not be returned. Players/team can ONLY protest rule interpretations – NOT
JUDGEMENT CALLS made by the officials.
There will be 3 sets of rule books at the concession stand FOR INTERPETATION
Some rules will be ammended as i see fit and will be highlighted in the rule books.
IVE CONFIRMED THAT THE DIVING RULE IS THAT THE PLAYER IS DOWN WHERE HE LEFT HIS FEET. ITS NOT A PENALTY. WHICH CAUSES A TURNOVER ON DOWNS IN THE VIKINGS CASE ANS TIME EXPIRED AS WELL... BUT THE VIKINGS WERE RIGHT IF THE PLAY WAS A PENALTY THEY WOULD BE AWARDED ANOTHER DOWN... MIND BOGGLING IN MY EYES BUT ITS TRUE BECAUSE THE RESULT OF THE PLAY WAS A TD. THANKS AND I HOPE THESE CHANGES AND RULEBOOKS ON SITE WILL HELP OUT.
ON A SIDE NOTE ALL THE LEAGUES AND TOURNEYS IVE BEEN IN SO FAR HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWING THE CORRECT RULES... BUT I WILL... ILL BE POSTING SOME RULES WE HAVENT BEEN FOLLOWING THROUGOUT THE WEEK THAT ARE PRETTY INTERESTING

| ALSO I NEED TO GET CLEAR THAT THERE ARE NO PERFECT REFEREES, ALL REFS PROS INCLUDED MAKE MISTAKES... WHAT IM DOING IS TRYING TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR MY LEAGUE GOING DOWN IF IT WERE TO EVER HAPPEN... IF THE LEAGUE GOT A BAD WRAP FOR HAVING THE WORST REFEREES, AND GOES OUT OF BUSINESS I WOULD PREFER IT WOULD BE BY THE HIRES I MADE, NOT ONES THAT WERE ALREADY HERE. SO IF THE GOING GETS TOUGH NOW, I CAN SAY THAT I FAILED NOT AT NOT GETTING GOOD OFFICIATING, NOT WHAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. AND THERE WILL STILL BE THE TOP CURRENT REFEREES LEFT BUT WE WILL HAVE MORE OF THEM ON THE FIELD MORE EYES TO SEE WHATS GOING ON.

| Am I reading this correct Cash? Did you write that..we can't dive for Flags? That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard...PLease tell me I'm reading that wrong. I understand the diving to advance the ball rule, I've known that for years, But if what you saying is a defender can't dive for a flag...you might as well pack up the leaugue, website, and refund everyone there money cause that is the dumbest shit I've read this season and I've read alot of dumb shit on this board... We need to just play like we always have, stop changing so much, EVERYONE stop complaining so GD much, learn the rules, and just play the same way we always have.

| I will posting a slowed down, zoomed in video of the play by today. It clearly shows a defender diving for the QB, with three other defenders less then a yard away. One actually has to jump to avoid tripping.
