| Just wanted to clarify with a possible official or with Cash.
Shouldn't the first play of the game been ruled a penalty?
A lot of teams run screen plays (to the running back, WRs, etc..
And a lot of the players catching the ball are across the LOS, along with the OLine.
In a 9 on 9, everyone's eligible league, shouldn't this be a penalty?
I'm not complaining, I'm just looking for clarification

| screens can be run at any time during the game, across the line of scrimage or behind the l,o,s as long as the ol aren't bolcking ten yards down field before the ball is thrownwich in many cases this is happening!ref's need to watch at what is going on during screen plays.i know its hard thou!and no not every one is eligible to catch the ball
