Quietly the Knights emerged as the leagues best team and arguably the best team in connecticut. after years of scrambling its seems like the knights finally found a group of guys that mesh well and without any self-distruction will win the hffl championship.
a credit to the ownership (ish and sean) for putting together such a cohesive group adding talent and character in all the right places. with so many options on the offensive side of the ball, the only problems this team may have is not using them all. and you have to love that defense (the key component for the leagues #1 team) very stingy, smothering, and pitched shut-outs against the Bulldogs/Gatorz/Steeler, all top-10 and playoff bound teams.
i stood there and watched the steeler QB have little to no where to throw the ball. it seemed like everytime the steelers got any type of momentum at all, the knights "D" came up with a big play. ex: steelers had 1st & goal from the 4 yd line- #8 cornerback (still dont know his name) gets a pulled flag 10yrds deep in the back field, next thing you know its 4th & goal from the 16, they never scored. ex: steelers get the ball back down by 1 w/ 35 secs left in the game for a game winning drive- patterson sacks the rocket before he could launch for a safety ending any ideas of steeler come back.
as the knights continue thier journey its this kind of play that will propel them to the CT spot light and enable them to compete with the out of state teams eventually contending for a national championship.
so as the knights move in silence, its like they say, "its the quiet ones you have to watch out for"

didnt the steelers beat the shit out of the knights when the games count more than anything. lol. and they are not silent @ all. ish is all over this board. good wright up but I really dnt see anybody but the gunz winning again.

that above post is not me (the official voice). i have no idea who that is nor do i care. however, i will say this- im back in full effect this spring season, but until then, i will remain in "silence." from this piont forward anything writting before the start of the spring season title "the voice" wont be me (the official voice).
congratulations to the Young Gunz for their continued dominance- there will be some write ups about them, in fact this is shaping up to be an unbelievable spring season with alot of story lines........... but until then, let the anticipation build.

Instead of hatin we will give credit when credit is due...Both Bulldogs and Franchise HELL OF A GAME...Each battled us to the end, much respect...sore as hell today!

Bulldogs that was another classic battle! As far as the Franchise game... WOW! That team is way better then there record and can definitly surprise some teams come playoffs. Great game both teams!

Knights hell of a game! Talk about ups and downs. To me game was supposed to be. good sh# t. Wager will be paid out at our next game.
spartans also great game you guys are tough. lots of speed and talent.
We will take 1-1. Wanted 2-0. Against those teams can't be mad at that.
Great weekend of football fellas.
Only thing I ask cash Is we really need to start getting 3 refs out there. Just think there is way to much going on for just 2 to handle.
