The 2010 USFTL Washington, DC "Metro Cup" MAJOR NIT was held on Saturday & Sunday, May 15 & 16 at the Clinton Boys & Girls Club. There were a total of 14 teams in the A-Flag division, 8 teams in the B-Flag division and 12 teams in the C/D-Flag division. All teams will receive triple USFTL ranking points. Here are the results:
