| Can I put forward Friday 30th July as the date for our first (of hopefully many!) fundraisers?
I've already started planning the night and just need to set a date.

| OK Andy, I'll have a chat with the Committee and see if we can get things moving. To make this a success, it's not so much the date but getting sufficient numbers to agree to come!

| A quick budget check, with each team member (I guessed 15 members) selling 3 (including their own, so actually only selling 2, which should be easy!) tickets at £5 each, with an average spend of £10 per person on bets at the race night, that would be at least £300 (after costs) going to the club. There's also extras, like raffles etc that can boost the funds.
That should be easily achievable, and surpassable if everyone plays their part.
