| because of the horrible division and conference set up and mis-balance of teams by you, there's nothing going on in the ACC the only team over there is the young gunz, just give them a bid right to the chip. the playoffs should just be seeding 1 - 16 no matter the conference and have it single elimination, win or go home. the first 2 rounds on sat and the last 2 on sun plus all-star game or whatever. not this saturday crap lose and you still have a chance to play into sunday. thats where this whole thing starts to get out of control.

| I kind of agree with the Voice on this... if it's done like an NCAA tourny, then you wouldn't have to worry about teams being seeded higher than another just because they are the top team in their division (I.E. Bulldogs, Oilers, Starrs situation)
You could based off of record first, then head to head, then points
I don't have a problem with the way the system is now, but there is always the possibility of having teams from one Conference not make the playoffs because of their strength of Conference...
for example... the Eagles are an 8 seed in the GHC at 4-4... which would make them a 5 seed in the ACC, and not force them to play the "Play In" game on Saturday
Or my team the Vikings, we'd be a 4 seed in the ACC.. at least that's what it looks like at first glance

| this is not the nba or the nfl- the difference, they are all professional they are all the best in the us at thier sport- this on the other hand is not, it flag football and the level of experienced teams to unexperienced teams are like night and day. now when you put together a league, as the commish- you have to balance the conferences based on high, medium, and little experienced teams and even them out. if you're going to take the easy way out and do this none sense of pulling everything out of a hat, then you should have made 3 hats and pull 1 from each at a time to keep it balanced.
THE BEST TWO TEAMS MAY NOT BE IN THE CHIP, BECAUSE ALL THE TEAMS THAT HAVE A CHANCE OF KNOCKING OFF THE YOUNG GUNZ IN THE PLAYOFFS ARE IN THE OTHER CONFERENCE.

| .....but you can certainly redeem yourself for this terrible conference set up by re-seeding the playoff picture 1-16 not matter what conference or division and making it single elemination. first 2 rounds on sat, last 2 rounds on sun plus all-star.

| are you kidding me - every league picks the top teams to make the playoffs, what kind of question is that? it would be more than normal to pick the top 16 teams and have a playoff- is that hard to comprehend. just have the 1 seed play the 16 seed and so on- it will be more realistic and then the best 2 team would really be in the championship.

| Honestly I don't think there's any problem with the system the way it is. However I do think the ACC is weaker. I don't think this is really a conference problem though. Just looking through scores you can see that the biggest test the Knights have had all year is Fearnun. Hit Squad got under the Young Gunz skin and that game had upset written all over it if they could have kept the emotion they showed early on going they probably would have won. The Gatorz are under performing but are still a loaded team. The Mass Ravens have one loss by 8 to a team a lot of people think is the best in the league. The GHC is better I don't think that can be argued but most years so was the West in the NBA and the AL in baseball.

but as you run more leagues you'll gain more experience and you'll learn better ways to set things up other than this.
because of the conferences being mis-balanced, the playoff picture is mis-balance, and a mis-representation of who should really be playing who and who should really be in the championship game.
the only way to balance the post season out is to take the top 16 teams overall and have a playoff.

| The playoff setup doesn't matter at all, ya it's not really fair that a bad team gets a bye in the ACC and a good team has to play more games in GHC, but regardless you have to beat the good teams to win anyway.
Losing in the first round of the GHC or losing in the Finals of the ACC is still losing, who cares how long it takes you to lose.
I assume most people agree with me when saying that a loss is a loss, it doesn't matter if we lost to the Knights in the first round or the YOung Gunz in the ACC finals, i'd still be pissed the same amount.
If you aren't good enough to beat a team in the regular season what makes you think the playoff seeding even matters.

agreed, but its pretty boring to watch or know whats already going to happen in the ACC, as apposed to a 16 team playoff where you dont know whats going to happen. (like march madness)
it adds more excitement to the playoffs and its more accurate.

| ANTWON- when you pulled the teams and conferences out of a hat, because of your playoff structure, you basically pulled the playoff picture out of a hat too.
this is why its unbalanced and will be inaccurate. it all starts from a hat.

| I am pretty sure Butler was not supposed to make it to the National Championship game last year, and honestly if they had ended up playing against Kansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, or many other teams they probably would have never made it that far.
Butler lost in the Regular season to Georgetown, UAB and Clemson, all teams that were worse than the teams they beat on their way to the Title game.
The seeding does not matter, if you are good enough to beat a team in the first round, they you are good enough to beat them in the finals, every team has to beat on your way to a Chip anyway so why would it matter when you have to match up against them.

| In every sport the rankings go first by division, conference, and then head to head matchups...thats y in the nfl you have some teams that are 8-8 and make the playoffs and you have other teams that are 8-8 and dont make the playoffs....this is really not that bad of a system....either way you have to win to advance so if you dont like it forfeit your game and the playoffs will continue without you

Thats like you saying that Ravens Gators or Hit Squad going to just sit there and let the Young Gunz beat on them not taking nothing away from the Young Gunz I think they are a hell of a team championship material and one of the best teams in CT but I don't think that they just going to ease they way tp that spot now I agree that the ACC do have some teams that don't come out and fight week after week buts thats on them we can't make them play hard as the teams in the GHC but those other three teams in the ACC they come out and fight and don't back down from nobody. Now im not going to go out and say that they going to beat the Young Gunz and im not going to say Young Gunz going to sweep that division but I would say it's going to be a battle bewteen those four teams for that spot and if u disagree with me you haven't been watching these games on sundays

| Bascially cash most teams in the GHC would trade their path to the chip with the young gunz anyday...it is what it is...the GHC teams are far superior, and the matchups leading up to the chips are much more appealing and exciting. Ask yourself what matchup you would pay to see in the ACC, ask yourself the same question for the GHC. Count the teams in the top ten from the GHC now do the ACC. The Young Gunz will tell you they have an easy road. The only team posing a threat are the Gatorz. You ask us to name a league where the randomly chose the seedings and its the NCAA tourny, they look at record, strength of schedule, marquee wins, conference champions and seed from there. I'm not complaining because i could care less. But everyone knew the day we drew the names from the hat when the Vikings Steelers Knights and Bulldogs conference was by far the toughest. Then you add the Starrs Oilers and Warriors, anyone of those teams would be playing the Gunz in the ACC conference final. Picking names out of a hat was the best way to start the league but there has to be a better way next year.

| The proof is in the pudding who the best teams are. Names were picked out randomly by team captains that how teams got put into conferences, not our fault. Istead of bashing cash, or the league, why not give suggestion's istead of complaining. I think both Divisions are good, with all top 5 seeds in the GHC being in the top 10 power rankings, the top 4 seed in the ACC are also in the top 10 power ranking other than the Hit Squad making it this week after their W on sunday giving them an over all recors of 5-3 just like the Steelers. Wheres the problem. This is the first year of the league, its trial an error voice. If you have been paying attention to other post's, you would have read that there will be a PRO Division- YG, KNIGHTS, BULLDOGS, STEELERS, M. RAVENS, FEARNUN,OILERS, GATORZ, STARRS, VIKINGS, etc. OPEN Division- Hit Squad, Saints, Jags, Razorbacks, Stealth, Outlawz, M. Falcons, Red Dogs, etc.

Sosa for the fall season with the open and pro division I agree with you basically what it is all the teams that been together longer in 1 division and all the new teams in the other divisions just add the teams that couldn't get it done in that division but when it come to Hit Squad I'll put them on the borderline I see them being better than what they are now so I wouldn't put them in the open division just yet unlike some of the teams that's not in that top 10 I see them making improvements week after week and staying together after this season all these other new teams or teams with low records im not to sure about I hear some of them talking about goin their seperate ways already. Blunt, I'm on your side for this year but agree with Ish that it probably needs to be changed after this year. Which will happen with the forming of a Pro division. However, even if I was on a bad team I would want to try to add some talent and get better to play in the pro division instead of playing one year in the league then dropping down to triple A. If you are a betting man I'll give you 2-1 odds if you let me take the Gunz to make it to the championship.

| I stopped reading some of the posts... because there were waaay too many, so sorry if I share the same point as someone listed above...
Of course every team has a chance to upset the YGz in the playoffs, and anytime can have a bad day, or a turnover (especially with the short games) and it could change your game for the worse...
but we're just saying that the regular season records in the ACC and GHC lead to some major discrepancies in the SEEDING of the teams.
If you look at head to head, GHC games that have played out of conference games against the ACC, and then looked at overall team records... you could make the argument that a number 7, 8 and 9 seeds in the GHC, both statistically and record wise, DESERVE a higher seed the 4, 5, and 6 seeds in the ACC.
Now, can the 4, 5 and 6 seeds from the ACC beat the 7, 8 , 9 from the GHC??? Of course, ANYTHING is possible.... but do they have the WINS and LOSSES, and points FOR and AGAINST? not really

The comment about beating the BRAKES off of us, go back to the post when YOU put it on the site as to when was the last time the Oilers beat us. | hahahahahahaha! That actually is a GREAT question fellas but HELL NAW I wouldn't sell my soul for a Gunz contract. I been a Chief / Oiler since day 1 and I plan to keep it that way for awhile. Real Talk I'd play with the Gunz in any Tourney that MY team didn't play in but then again THEY don't need me, they have enough talent on their team already.
