1ST Annual Paul Sonner Memorial
Paul Sonner, a local businessman and philanthropist, was born September 23, 1963 and the celebration of his life came to an abrupt end December 20, 2009. Paul
believed in giving back to the community that had given him so much. Paul opened Bullys sports bar in 1994, and from its inception, began to donate to youth sports groups as well as high school and the University of Nevada. It was Paul’s belief that no one person should be left behind due to financial reason. Some of Paul’s highlights include but are not limited to, 9/11 fundraisers for the victims of 9/11, Hurricane Katrina victims, and also free Thanksgiving dinners to the needy, provided by Bullys sports bar. Over the past sixteen years, Paul and the Bullys organization have donated millions of dollars back into the community and continue to do so today even in the difficult financial hardship our country has fallen into. In Paul’s honor, we are throwing a fund raising softball tournament. The proceeds will go to a scholarship fund for a local high school athlete.
Our goal is to make this an annual event to help local athletes become more successful at the college level. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and your company will be fully recognized, and would help in our goal for a great cause. | To all the bucks guys and anyone else that checks this site. The Paul Sonner tourney will be July 30, 31 and Aug 1 in a nsa format with 5hr and eq hoping to get a good turn out. Anyone who can help with sponsors will be greatly appreciated. Theres a HR derby 1st and 2nd take home bats and there is an opening party starting that friday @ Idlewild park @ 6pm please contact me for more info. Thanks

| I will get together with my brother and see if he can get a couple of teams together to come from winnemucca. I will also make sure my company makes a donation for this.
