| You can ask any person who has purchased these and use them to see what they experience. Every one benefits from these insoles. The insoles work well to help absorb the shock that cheerleaders endure when they are jumping/tumbling. The President/Owner Stephen of COA endorses these and Top Teams like Top gun use these as well.
