| I am in the process of finishing up the final Hotel list for the 2010-2011 season. The Peabody is already in process and you have until August 31st to bring in your $179 deposit if you wish to stay there.
The Hilton Daytona beach is going to be the same as Peabody for January competition, except the checks will be made out to myself (Tara Rovner) and you will have until September 15th to reserve your room and pay the first night of $167.63. I will not be able to take any reservations until July 26th and will not be able to take any after September 15th for this competition.
All other rooms you will be reserving on your own.
