Teams voted for
1. Free 1 and done tournament to be held on august 14th an 15th
2.Player roster limit to be 25
3.Personal foul misconducts will resuly in citing out 8 plays on offense or defense... no longer 4 plays
4.3 total personal fouls on the season will result in $100 fine and 1 game suspension.
5.stats will now include passes defended
6.half time will be 7-8 minutes
7. teams are not concerned with playing on nfl sundays. they do not mind what time the games are.
8.The "n" word and all cursing will result in a personal foul
9.teams voted to allow teams not in the greater hartford region a discount on the league and allow them to play double headers to save on gas costs and time... teams outside of greater hartfor will be charged $750 total...please note its for teams outside of greater hartford

| i think that topics should be proposed and written down at every meeting and at the final meeting when we pic divisions and all the teams are at the meeting than we should vote on the things that need to be voted on. If you can make it to all the meeting but one and some major topics are discussed and voted on i dont think that is fair to those people. It does seem like the meetings are going well and things are getting addressed but only a suggestion to leave the final votes on the rules and regulations that are discussed till the last meeting when all the teams are there.

| i dont know how you doing it cash but what this dude jus said is pointless did you see how many people came out to voice they opinion for their teams? if your team not there to have some kind of say so now why should they be allowed to have some say so later? makes no sense

| i can't believe you guys are allowing teams to get discounts because they are out of town.. does that mean new Britain and southington teams get discounts? you hartford teams that agreed to pay more money because your live closer is crazy.. think about it.. all prices should be the same.. u guys just got suckered by cash. he's taking more money from hartford teams and you hartford teams say yes with a smile.. thats crazy.. i'll put my team down as a mass. team but not a hartford team. not trying to make cash richer because i live near hartford

| although i promised myself not to respond to nonsense on the board.... i should point out that this discount idea was not mines, the teams made this idea up... and then i agreed to it.... but again you werent there to know this lol...i repeat... i did not offer this idea to the teams... the teams brought up the discount....lmao but they were "suckered by cash" hahahahahhahahahhahahaaaa now i wil officially stop responding to non sense hahahahahahahahaha

| We have Owners Meeting's EVERY Monday night at 6:30pm, if YOU wanna have some say so them YOU need to show up to these meetings. If guys woulda showed up last night, YOU would know that the OWNERS who WERE there, agreed to give discounts to teams who basically are coming from another state i.e. Fearnun, Havoc, Ciccones, etc. New Britain and Southington is considered local let's be real. What WE as Owner's want is the BEST competition to come to the HFFL NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE FROM! We figured that we could get more teams and better comp to join the HFFL if we gave the discounts.

| RULE #8 is ZERO TOLERANCE! We played in the AC Tourney over the weekend and this rule was STRICTLY ENFORCED and it actually worked. If you curse no matter if it's at your own teammate or to a ref, you will get a personal foul and a 15yd penalty. REMEMBER:If you get 3 personals you will be fined $100 and suspended 1 game.

| RULE #3: Sitting out 8 plays means that if I'm on offense and I get into a scuffle with a defensive player, I will have to sit out 8 offensive plays, and he sits out 8 defensive plays because in the past the defensive player get's to sit out 4 off plays and be right back out there on the next def series. NOPE NO MORE OF THAT.
