I've been around sports for awhile and for a play in game the #9 team should play the #8 team with the winner playing the #1 seed. with 9 teams playing and having a play in game thats the way to go. The #1seed should be playing the winner of the play in game!!!!! winner with #2 playing the #7 and #3 team playing the #6 seed #4 playing #5

the bracket should look like this

round 1 PLAY IN
game 1 #8 vs #9
game 2 g1 winner playing seed #1
game 3 #4 vs #5
winner of game 2 vs winner of game 3

BOTTOM bracket
game 4 #3 vs #6
game 5 #2 vs #7

winner of game 4 vs winner of game 5

then the chip thats what this tournament should be. i don't see how the play in game is with the 6th seed and 7th seed.

why is this not how things are going?????????????????????

Both the Oilers and Old Skool are registered OPEN teams......as we have always done all teams are pooled together on saturday and separated on Sunday, that would leave 7 teams in the PRO. The 6/7 game determines the 6 seed with the #1 and #2 getting a bye.

If you look at it closely all the matchups are exactly the same as they would be if seeds play out with the 1 and 2 seeds getting a bye rather than play the 7 and 8. Either way the 4/5 and 3/6 game winners will advance to play the #1 and #2.

I hope this answers your exclamatory 1:30 am question Muz!!!!!!!! Lol

if this is supposed to be the kings of CT. There shouldnt be an easy way out. and when you play in the open you only play one game get your $300 back and a half bid. horrible.. C'mon man an open division. Like i said wat kind of shit is this. Stupid ass tourny. Wont play in this garbage shit next year. Trojans you need to come to the HFFL for season play i assure you it will be worth your while.
