1. Minnetonka - Team to beat every year, The Yankess of amateur ball that gets just reloads with the best. I smell upset though this season with the brackets stacked on the west. 2. Shamrocks - Pick to win it all with easier road on east. Very good all around, have ace pitcher to beat Tonka. 3. Lyons Pub - Several upgrades in line-up and staff. 3 descent arms but not dominant ace. 4. Park- A team many gave up on early but are healthy and playing well. Base to base team with power but need pithing to be solid to beat younger versatile clubs. 5. Gators- Old Homies squad, same veteran team added some guys as well and should meet up with Tonka in 2nd round. 6. Air Freight- Entire team didnt play together most of the season. Ace pitcher but lack depth. Can beat anyone but dont figure to have other pitchers to beat the best. 7. Cobras-Probably the hottest hitting team after adding 2-3 legit studs midway through the year. Like most teams though dont have dominant pitching to make it. 8. Bloomington- Up and coming young squad who are builiding a solid reputation as a staple out of the Riverview. Nothing really stands out though. 9. Stockmens Irish - Up and down this year and loss of Wolf will cost them a legit chance at the title with the way things are set up this year. See them losing to Shamrocks but making a deep run. 10. North End- Surprising team beat Edge and get the job done finishing 2nd in St Paul. Could do well with the easiest path to get to semis. 11. Moes- Last years cinderalla havnt played with the cupboard full but look to have everyone when it matters. Unfortunately I dont see them making much noise. Good but not great 12. St Anthony- A team i predicted early to upset White Bear. Have some good pitching and as we know thats what wins games. A sneaky pick

| Although the format for the tournament is not ideal, I think it should make for some fun match-ups. I would rather see all the leagues potentially playing games against one another this weekend. I guess I will just have to wait until next weekend.
Good luck to everyone in State!

| With the brackets on both sides of the river, I believe St. Paul will have all 3 teams moving on to the final 6 at Dunning. The West side will be different. I can see Gator's beating Bandits, then upsetting Tonka. They will probably throw Fleetham game 1, and Murrey at Tonka. Park beats Cobra's then loses to Pub. Pub loses to Gator's. Gator's get #1, Pub gets #2, and Tonka advances as the #3 seed. Unfortunately the State will be decided at Dunning. Nice field, but very small dimensions as noted at last years tourney. None the less, looks like another great tourney!!!

| Moes will conquer the first weekend.
No one expected anything of them last year But I do believe they made a run through the elimination bracket knocking a few top dogs off.
Moes Beers Dynasty on the rise!!!!

| excuse me: Tonka over Shamrock. Erdahl and Lindstrom both go 9 innings. Urbain, late game bomb (actually probably texas leaguer)...

| Final Prediction
Monday's game(championship) will be called in the 4th inning due to lack of light at Dunning. There will be no make-up or continuation of the championship resulting from the umpire's adherence to a little league manual.
A fitting ending to the 2010 season

| Park over Cobras but tight....Park does not have nearly the pitching staff (injuries) they have had in the past.
Gators over bandits but only because of experience. Yet this Bloomington team is going to make noise some year sooner rather then later and this could be it. They are young, fast, scrappy, decent, and go all out 100% of the time!
Tonka vs Pub right? Two very good teams and hard to pick if this is the match up.
Not really sure how the bracket lays out but final three are Tonka, Park and Pub
Shamrock over Stockmens
Air Frieght over Moes
Hogs/NE (pick)
Shamrocks and AF will advance and I don't know much about NE but I am still going with what I have typed previously that it will be a St. Paul sweep moving onto the next round.
Good luck to all teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!
