| oweeverybody4oweeverybody................I get it. The balls. Well you are on the balls committee..I blame you...I think we researched this...same amount of runs as 2007...although, I dont think the balls in 2007 were quite Walker-boob soft. Maybe Ryna-boob soft back then.

| I don't know balls seem fine to me. Moulton Constuction averaged 17.8 runs last year and 17.2 this year. Although we did shave our bats this year, so maybe thats why the numbers are still similar.

| Unless the league is going to split the league into 2 divisions and play everyone 4 times we should stay with that ball to protect the teams that come to Sunday morning for comradery and enjoyment from all you big boys who are out for blood. Anyone else think that taking the top 8 upper division and lower 8 lower division to make all games more competitive and everyone plays 4 times vs their own division and no crossover games, just a thought.

| format doesn't work. trust would have been in the bottom this year. also, next year we would boot 15-15 backstabbers to the bottom and bring up 13-17 pub or jogues.
and so 15-15 backstabbers wouldn't get better because guys wouldn't want to play in the bottom next year.

| jonny i just mean get a better quality ball not a hotter ball .... just a ball that is the same in the first inning as the 7th .... we used at least 10 balls sunday bc guys waste the older one to get a newer one .... the worth toxic we used saturday in the states seemed to hold up alot better than the balls we use now .... we have to use a 40 core 325 comp .... lets use one that lasts

| Love the socks! Love'em. If you need to boost your ego by hitting 200 foot fence scrapers with harder balls than you have issues.

| tmac got meeeee! i meant delpadre in 08 would have had to play in the bottom during the 09 season. and this year crowe would have had to have played in the bottom.
until someone can come up with a solution on how to move teams up or down that makes sense, i don't see things changing.
i know what people are saying about playing the top teams more than once. but then how would we have superheroes that hit more than .700?
seriously though, i enjoy playing all of the teams, especially since my first two years in the league i was on the worst team in coventry history. but it gave me, considine, and kendra something to work towards and it's the reason guys love this league.
-savarios was awful - now crowe.
-europa was terrible - now guys on trust and moulton
-before artie took over the vfw was a joke
-the young gunz were brutal, now shamrock. and while they had a bad year, they are a better team then in 2003 and have stuck together
-this years stallyns crush the stallyns of 3 years ago
-the pub was good, then split to moulton -the pub was bad, then got good, then split to rochs - the pub is getting better again.

| the bottom line is, a lot of players on these top teams, have a lot of losses under their belts.

| I think my first year on Village Pub we won maybe 3 games... but boy we had a lot of fun and did a lot of drinking at the Pub afterwards. We eventually ended up winning the championship a few years later. All for competition but this league was a bar league at one point and there was a lot less bitching and moaning amongst teams, players, and umpires back then.

| i think it would end up 10(top)-6(bottom). and i would rather lose by 50 than be in a 6 team league and play the same teams every other week.
maybe thats just me.
also, our field situation limits us from adding teams and going 10-10, unless we went to a fall ball schedule and played 9 and 10 and 1130 and 1230, but i know a lot of guys like our 10 am start times and hate warwicks 815 start time.
