yep im bored ..... at the last meeting concerns about fields for 2011 were brought up .... one option we have is to try to rent amby smith .... the cost would be around $1000 .... would this be worth doing ? do we really wanna keep hunters ? can we really get the field on hill farm up to par ?

dear mr hairy chest .... i never saw that question .... heres the answer .... we were ready to play that sunday and yes cudmore was coming to play .... alot was made about him being in maine but he never went to maine ..... we were home from maine by 330 go look at the usssa website we went 0-2 in both tournaments ..... no bats have been exchanged at all ....mikey may BUY one of the combats my tournament team has coming in .... most of the BS going around is busting balls .... like me thanking delpadre in front a group of people and introducing cudmore to delpadre at atwood in front of crowe and trust guys ..... you know the team you had going that sunday .... we had a full team .... i wasnt worried about the wins or cudmores at bats .... the only thing i was jerked about was changing his mind 4 times ... bc after each time i sent team messages .... its coventry softball drama thats all

lol the funny thing is im kinda glad half the league called mikey to tell him not to forfiet ..... until they made such a big deal about it i had no idea we could lock up second place .... seriously ask smitty and gazu4gazu i sent messages asking them if we could finish second alone .... i never watch the standing bc you know your in after 20 wins .... i say it all the time it doesnt matter who you play ..... to win the ship you gotta beat them all

You know, I am so conflicted on the payoff for forfeit ordeal. On the one hand, a coach did what he thought he had to do to get his best team on the field...so, I blame delpadre for selling so cheap. Two lousy bats. Artie never counts his victories too soon...he wants Cudmore there so he arranged it. A lack of integrity? Perhaps. A little too intense for Coventry? Absolutely. Now thats its all said and done....lets leave it to Botelhos or CM to knock off the best possible VFW team. Going dark until monday morning,,,,

yeah i know bob i arranged the PNA trip and told trusts 4-5 best players to go .... you know cudmore was gonna be there and yes we will prolly get beat by you or CM .... but we wont whine about it

Hunter's is a JOKE!! The "Guy" fence is AWFUL. When we did have the Enron/Minute Maid Park feel in center, it was a better place to play (more room to chase balls and NO 255 foot shot to Center). I know I may not speak for everyone on Patriot Oil or Village Pub, but Hunter's Crossing HAS to GO!!!!
As for Amby Smith...I'm for it as another alternative, as well as, Hill Farm field..just think...there would/could be NO more 12:00 games (Stallions/GQ).

That's not true Bob. He picks me up by my neck before he gets in the batters box and says "It's a HR...RIGHT" and growls at me. I just grasp for air and say "Yes" Then proceeds to drop me, gets in the batters box and does his thing.
