| Just wanted to mention that on August 27,28,29 the Peter Schiemann Memorial Slo Pitch tournament will be held at Meridian Sports Park in Stony Plain. Const.Peter Schiemann was shot and killed in the line of duty in Mayerthrope back in 2005.Const Schiemann is the son of Rev.Don Schiemann,President of ABC district of Lutheran Church Canada.All the money raised on the weekend goes towards the DARE program.This is a fun tournament,although the games are fairly competative.
This is a 16 team tournament and we still have a few spots available.If interseted let me know.
