| First off great job this weekend Shockers, for all of the bitching and complaining that we have done all year for Utrip, this outcome showed what we expected to happen when we added all of these various pieces to the Shockers puzzle this year. I know I speak for everyone else, in that it was refreshing to actually not get down on ourselves after losing the first game to PDR. What made it expecially nice is that - that loss is the same kind of loss that we have had all year, a game that we felt like we should/could have won! Instead of getting down on ourself and bitching at each other, we went out and kicked the shit out of Squad! That really set the tone for the rest of the tourney! It was also a great feeling that eventhough i think wer were losing at some point in every game, we didnt get down and came back late in every game!!! Earlier in the year, those were automatic losses.
Im sure i speak for Julio and Nick that everyone deserved all -tourney team as well, without you fuckbags hustling your asses off all tournament we would have gotten anyting.....Great job CB and Nick for being studs in the outfield!! Great job to Jake for locking down the middle, great job to Darryl for using your gut instead of your glove, BA for being - well BA!! To Julio for only having 1 ball go in between his legs - for 8 games that is good for you!! To Vic for finding a spot to hide Duke....just kidding....To the ghost of Ronnie for making a brief appearance...To Becky for putting me in a food coma on Friday, and to Barb for the 58 pieces of gum that I took from her this weeked....Great job Shockers
