| The Cheerleader's Prayer
We pray for our voice that comes from deep inside,
our flyers that are graceful in the air,
our bases that are strong on the ground,
our backspot that keeps us in control,
our fears as we stand in front of the crowd,
our minds so that we find the cheerleader within us.
We pray for safety, courage, dreams, and the impossible.
We pray that we can smile though things may not always go our way.
We pray for each other, as well as the other teams.
For all of this we pray.
