| Playoff reminder: We will seed high- low. They will start Sept 7. The series are best of three. If you are rained out you go to the end of the line. No game gets bumped. You will not start the next series until you have opponent. Previous series with a game remaining will have priority on time slot. Playoff eligibility lists are completed and will be distributed this week.

| Do the 2 games between the A's and the Raging Bulls mean anything?
Can the A's get to 4th place?
Do they want the RedSox or the Raging Bulls in the 1st round?
Will the Raging Bulls be playing for anything?
Do the Raging Bulls want the A's or the Cardinals?

| Good question Sug. If we (the A's) manage to win the last two against the Bulls, we would be tied at 12-16 with the Cards and the season series was tied at 2-2. I don't know what the next tiebreaker is, but I say we go alphabetically by team name.

| Add up all of your runs for and against the Cards and your answer will be solved grasshoppa.

| I did the math: A's scored 27 runs against the Cardinals and the Cardinals scored 33 runs against the A's, so the Cardinals will finish higher, even if the A's win their last game.

| Kudos to Archie and anyone else that was involved, to get 4 games played on Sunday. That move could've saved a week on our playoff schedule.

| Yeah, the dirt on the infield was great, so was the plate. Tip of the cap.

| I take the #1 offense in the league (based on runs scored): Curley's. Who you got, Sug?

| I looked at Johnnie's link and they have a game scheduled for 9/29, then 10/2 with Curleys. Looks like Curley's beat the Bulls, but no details to see what the final score was.

| Let's be honest here. Sure, that call probably could have gone either way, but Landmeier was on fumes and after that, the Bulls had nothing as far as pitching. They had a good year, but if one of them came on here and complained about it, that's pretty bush league,b and if someone else came to their aid, then they probably weren't even at the game.

| I just have a hard time believing 1 bad call can equal an 8 run difference.
