| End of year tournament on November 7th. It is going to be the same rules as the previous tournaments. 1) Entry is only $100. If 75% of your league team or team from the summer tourney plays, then entry is only $75. 2) I'm going to call this a snowball tourney. We will play unless conditions become horrible. 3) Flip flop rule will be in effect starting the 4th inning. It will happen unless the conditions are really bad. The last 3 years the weather was 70 degrees out on this tournament, so we'll see how it goes.
Contact me at 618-967-4711 or dtreidjr@aol.com to get in.
All other rules will stay the same: - 3 HR’s per game (3 more can be bought for $10) - NSA pitching and bat list - Supply your own sanctioned 44 cor ball - Teams will fill out a roster sheet. You can only play for 1 team unless there is an injury - It will more than likely be a 2 game round robin and then a single elim. If I have less teams than I have in the past and can give more games, I will do that.
I will try to have 2 divisions like I had in the summer. If there aren't enough teams in the upper to do that, I will seed the elimination bracket so that the "upper" teams play each other.

| I think 14 have said they're gonna play. So that's probably in the 10 team neighborhood once teams back out.

| Tournament looking really, really good. I had 14 in my summer one and got done around 1am. Not sayin that's gonna happen but if I get 15 or 16 teams, it'll have to be a 2 day tourney.
Still room if teams are interested.

Right now, it's a 2 day tourney. If you guys are a new team, that's 19 teams that are interested.

| FYI to everyone.... I have confirmed with everyone who has called. We're sitting at 16 or 17 teams. Everyone will will get 3 games on Saturday. 2 round robin games and then the first elimination game. If we have 17 teams, then the #1 seed will only get 2 on Saturday. Unfortunately, we won't know who the #1 seed is until all of the round robin games are over.
Couple things I'll go ahead and let everyone know.
The single elim game times will depend on how far teams have traveled. The teams that have traveled from Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky will have the first games in the elimination tournament so that if they win, they can take off to get back Sunday morning with no problems.
If weather looks nice to where we can play a little later in the night, I'm gonna have a homerun derby. 50/575 balls so anyone can win.
Looks to be a good tourney guys.

| Thanks Darren. Greg Strong won the BJ Fulk.
We sold $288 in raffle tickets (not what I had hoped for, but still good) & $200 from the HR Derby (Darren donated his $50 back to the fundraiser).
Sunday weather was great. Started at 10am and was out by 3pm. Team Rebild won it over Sports55 Outlaws. They scored 24 in the 1st and held on to win 36-26 in 5 innings.
Rebild knocked out Side Bar 29-24 in the semis and Sports 55 knocked out Brown Family Medicine 27-7 (24 runs in their first 2 innings) for 3rd/4th place.
Team Rebild also donated their winnings back to the fundraiser.
I'd like to thank everyone for playing. We did some good stuff and I hope everyone had a great time.
