Tommy Vento threw 5 TD passesin the first halfand Harrison routed Adams 54-21. Harrison scored 40 unanswered points after the game was tied 7-7 in the first. Adams, down 40-7 after Harrison outscored them 26-0 in the second quarter, would have been on the continuous clock to start the 2nd half had the Hawks made all of their extra points in the first half. A blocked punt on Adams' 1st posession of the 3rd quarter resulted in a Hawks TD and made it 47-7 and put Adams on the running clock for a time. Has Adams ever been on the clock before? Harrison DOMINATED this one in every aspect of the game. Vento hit his brother Jake for 2 TDs, threw another 2 to Devon Funchess and a 5th to Aaron Burbridge. Michael Race returned an interception off Tony Annese for another score to account for Harrisons huge halftime lead. Vento capped his night but running for a TD in the 4th to go with his 5 TD passes.
