| This game is going to be much more competitive than in recent years. Rochester is looking at making the playoffs for the first time since 1999 while also trying to beat Adams for the first time since 1996. While I'm discussing years, last week vs Harrison, the 54 points that the Hawks put up on Adams was the most points the highlanders defense has given up since, get this, their first season back in 1969! This is while RHS is having it's best defense since 1997. It will be a packed house for sure, and a game that will hopefully make both squads proud! Anybody has any insight, predictions, or random comments, please leave them here! I would say behind LO vs Harrison, this would be the next biggest game of the week. Best of luck to both teams. GO BLUE!

| Bossman couldnt agree with you more. Rochester's defense is probably the best i've seen them play in a long time, averaging just under 12.5 points allowed per game. Adams high powered offense should give this defense a fight all the way to the final whistle averaging almost 34 points per game. i think this will be a tight one and maybe decided by a field goal, if rochester were to win they would clinch a playoff spot on adams homecoming game. The lake orion vs harrison game will be another great game as well. Both teams with solid defenses and offenses. Both games will be great games to watch. Other good games i think this week: Clarkston looks to give farmington their first loss this week, can zach collins and the rest of the wolves defense hold down the fort? Pontiac(4-3) @ Southfield(3-4), can pontiac win this one and have a chance of making a playoff run? i like their odds if they can get past southfield Avondale(5-2) looks to get win #6 this week as well at Lahser(1-6) Berkely looks to stay undefeated this friday night with the vikings of Hazel Park coming to town. good luck to all teams this week! My Predictions: Lake Orion 45 FHH 38 Clarkston 17 Farmington 28 Adams 21 Rochester 24 Hazel Park 33 Berkley 24 Avondale 48 Lahser 6 Pontiac 17 Southfield 7

| Another thing to note this will be the first time in 40 years that the two teams have not played each other on the final regular season game of the year. With the loser of this game still needing a win to get into the playoffs, how will this affect their style of play? Typically in the past decade at least, it was always Rochester's final game of the year, so they knew they could go all out while Adams still had to worry about injuries and the playoffs. Just a side note. So excited for this one!

| So far the general consensus is this game will be CLOSE. So who am I to disagree!?! If RHS scouted the Harrison game they know how to go at Adams. Rochester enters this game feeling good with nothing to lose! Adams has struggled the last 2 games with miscues, penalties, and shoddy execution. I truly think the advantage and momentum has swung to Rochester in this game. I call em like I see them no BS. Adams has been exposed in several areas on offense and defense and it will be hard to find a magic bullet to fix it! I say the Falcons win this game by 10pts. I hope Adams can dig deep and find a way to win but I see this as the year of the Falcon!

| Will there be a big emotional hurdle for the Falcons to overcome to beat the Highlanders? No! While Rochester hasn't beaten Adams for over a decade, the present players on the team have had recent success.
Will this be enough to overcome a home field advantage? Well, I think the Rochester fans will travel well and will squeak out a narrow victory.
Prediction: 24 -21 Falcons
Rochester JV scores last second touchdown to top Adams, 16-12 (2009)
Falcons edge Freshmen Highlanders, 13-7 completing their first undefeated season in 19 years! (2008)

| Wow Boon. Very surprised you have RHS beating your Adams squad....I think they are PO'd at how they played last week and come out and beat RHS by a fairly big margin.

| From ACCO40 "Falcons edge Freshmen Highlanders, 13-7 completing their first undefeated season in 19 years"
And I stated it could not be possible because the Wolves Freshman beat the Falcon Freshman.

| I went back and forth on this one. At first, I was thinking Rochester, but then I figured that Adams might come out mad and crush Rochester. I still think Adams will come out mad, but I also honestly think Rochester is legit this year and the blowout loss to Lake Orion was just an aberration (I hear the Falcons made a lot of mistakes in that game). I'll take Adams by 7, but wouldn't be too stunned if Rochester pulled off the minor upset.
