As we typically do prior to hosting any event or league the GCFFA staff has had several meetings leading up to next months MCFFU sanctioned "NEW ENGLAND SHOOTOUT". We are always looking for ways to improve the flag football tournament experience, raising the bar so to speak, as well as discussing and brainstorming on any current or ongoing concerns in the 9-man game. Change is not always necessary but we are confident that some adjustments can and will enhance your tournament experience. With that said, we have discussed and decided to implement a few new policies, as well as enforcing existing policies that may have been loosely enforced in the past. Please keep in mind that our goal as tournament directors is to provide you the customer with the most competitive, efficiently operated and rewarding 9-man flag football experience possible. We feel that the few changes or "tweaks" that we have made will help us as to provide you with up to date, accurate event information, dependable advance scheduling, stat and record keeping, as they happen results and summaries, as well as a sizable pre-determined prize package. As always feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or suggestions.


TEAM REGISTRATION:

MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NOVEMBER 8th 2010
All teams must register online. We have created a web page and On-line Registration form specifically for this event that can be completed in less than 2 minutes of your time. You may access the web page through the main menu of the GCFFA site (www.leaguelineup.com/gcffa) or use the web link provided below...

DEPOSITS & ENTRY FEE's

$550 PRO DIVISION
$450 OPEN DIVISION

ALL TEAMS MUST PAY A MINIMUM OF 50% DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT! NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL. ANY AND ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO FIRST GAME.

**ROSTERS:

ANY TEAM WHO DOES NOT SUBMIT A COMPLETED ROSTER WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY CASH PRIZE IN THIS EVENT!!

ABSOLUTELY EVERY AND ALL TEAMS MUST SUBMIT A ROSTER VIA EMAIL THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE EVENT!!

Roster must include Team Name, Coach's Name, Players first and last name, position and uniform number. Teams may add/drop players from their roster on the day of the event so long as player added is not on another participating teams roster. Any team who is found to have player or players participating who cannot be verified on their roster will forfeit any contests in which that player or players participated in and may not continue until said player.or players have exited the teams sideline. All submitted rosters will be available at the field on the day of the event for add/drop or as verification of protest.

**UNIFORMS:

ANY TEAM WHO DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE UNIFORM POLICY WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY CASH PRIZE IN THIS EVENT!!

AS TYPICAL WITH ALL OUR EVENTS THE GCFFA WILL HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER ON SITE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT. ALL MCFFU UNIFORM POLICIES ARE IN EFFECT AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
