| Hello all,
My name is Chad Gibson and I am the President of the Western Mass Flag Football League (www.WMFFL.net) located in Springfield, MA. After speaking to several of your teams I feel that your league can bring a lot of competition to our Annual Spring Football Tournament. We are not FlagMag and are not affiliated with them. The WMFFL's main goal is to Crown a King each year with top talent in the area vs a completely watered down tournament of weak teams. I have included some basic information regarding this tournament.
-8 on 8 all men eligible.
-Downfield blocking, Crackbacks etc are LEGAL
-NCAA Rules
-Officials that ref our game are all NCAA and MIAA referees that all do College and Varsity HIgh School games. The WMFFL sent a few last year to the Harford league and I believe they did a great job.
-Stiff arms are Legal, downfield blocking legal, blindsides legal
-Games should be 1 hour long
-Def will play at least two games
-Entry fee TBD with a Cash Prize
-Sideline are live. Prepared to be hit (No wrap up tackling)
-1st and 10 not 1st and 20
-100 yard field
Music is played thru during the entire event. (Nothing better than hearing some Metal and old school Hip Hop in the backround)
-Afterparty including Free Beer and Food
-Teams in the past consisted of Top ranked teams from CT such as the Young Gunz, Enfield Starz, Top NY teams such as Sliderz who just won the Boston Northeast title and two other ranking teams and 6-8 Springfield based teams. The teams and players that you all may know that play in the WMFFL is PC Havoc Ravens 10-1 last spring session, Fearnun two years ago lost in the Championship, QB Josh Spence Enfeild Starz crew, and all the standup CT crew such as Mike THE CHIEF Peterson, Eric Elliot, the Stricklands, Yaconello, Bam, Elvin Silva etc etc..
-Event to take place in Springfield MA during the last weekend in April or first week in May.
-Depending on space there will be a lineman challenge station, punt, pass, kick challenge as well.

| all men eligible shit with crack blocking this sounds pretty ridiculous. maybe put a cage around the field too. that everyone eligible shit is not football.

| Don't knock the style until you've played it, I too agree 9-man ineligible is the purest form of flag but the eligible game is a great workout and a good way to get your skill units work, basically like running skelly.
