| I will need to make a decision on the bus to Atlanta by Friday, January 21. I have 30 people signed up for the bus, we need 8 more to fill the bus.I still have not recieved deposits from some of you. If you still intend on taking the bus please let me know. If your plans have changed then I need to know because unfortuntely if we can not fill the bus we will not be able to charter. I apologize in advance if I am not able to fill the bus and you had planned and paid in full that this changes your plans. Again, my sincere apologies. I would like to suggest if those who signed up would be interested in having a car wash to try to raise funds for the trip. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your patience.

| I called the Charter company and they will work with me soooo, they don't want me to consider canceling just because I only have a few seats left. pass the word to your team mates. It would help if we can get just a few more people. I know we all hate car washes but, it could help our cost for the bus go down or if anyone else has any other ideas.???

| I would totally be down for a carwash (on a warm day like today!) or even a rummage/bake sale to help offset some costs!!

| Thank you for doing all of this Priscilla! I hope we can find additional bodies to put on the bus... I think everyone should spread the word in case anybody out there doesn't know this is an option.

| Can you tell me how much the bus is? When is it leaving and when is it returning? I have a room at hyatt will it drop us off there? Will let you know if we want the seats if they are still available. Thanks.

| We will meet the bus at 5:30am on 02/18/11 and return on 02/21/11. We will have the bus throughout the whole time in Atlanta.
The cost is $80.00 per person. This includes door to door service from Hotel to the cheer venue.
The people on the bus would have to be staying at either the Hyatt/Buck head or the Hilton. If you are staying at a different hotel you are welcome to ride on bus however, transportation once you arrive in Atlanta is on your own.
