| My advice to teams that are new and rebuilding, i hear a lot of mergers going on around the league also...My advice for the day is this. A mistake some of you teams are doing is recruiting a lot of athletes. Big No! No!. Create or form your team like an NFL draft...
1st get a QB
- needs to be a leader who people believe in. has to have lots of confidence and a level head. These characteristics can go much farther than a person who can throw the ball well
2nd Get a dline and oline
- once the dline is established who gets pressure on the qb...it will no longer matter if you have a weak secondary. therefore you can fill the secondary with little talent
- on the offensive line, if you can get potection and have your qb standing like a statue in the pocket... more than likely no matter the skill level the qb has hell be able to deliver the ball to any skill set wr or rb...
Bottom line get a qb and handle the trenches and you will be able to feel the skill positions rather easily..Now get that QB o & Dline together teams!!!

| If I remember correctly it was the young gunz and bulldogs in the chip. I hope your not talking about that week tourney.lmao we will see what franchise brings when there are some good teams in the league.

| Thats only 2 teams and the vikings had like 11 guys and franchise won with almost no time on the clock barely beat them

| franchise also got to the tournament chip game with a couple of new guys that never played a down together,and were missing the starting dbs and a couple of ol.thank u.so get ur team ready to bang!!!if u win good if u don't then just another victim!!

| cash is retarded, you do need a solid qb but everything is won inside the trenches. u have a good o line and d line the rest is easy.
