| The 2011 Schedule is now posted. First game is Sunday 4/24 @ Sebeka
Open dates for possible more games:
*Saturday 4/30
*Saturday 5/7
*Saturday 5/14 (maybe @ Bemidji since we play @ Blackduck 5/15)
*Saturday 6/18
*Saturday 7/2 (@ New York Mills again?)
*Sunday 7/3
No night games are scheduled in Menahga, we may not get to play there. If they allow us to, for a reasonable fee, we will move the 6/19 Nimrod game to the midsummer Friday night (7/8) and maybe pick up a game Friday 7/1. Or we could also play an away game on a Friday night if somebody wants a shot at the title.
What teams do we want to try to get a game with, and when?
-DL owes us a home game
-we owe Lastrup a home game
-Shockers are due to come to Midway again
-I'd like to play Pearl Lake (by St. Cloud) but that would have to be there I'm sure.
-We cancelled late with a game @ Pelican Rapids last year, we should maybe go there this year if they would want us back (Sat. 6/18 after the all-star game?)

| Also - if anybody knows of any umping association, we need to look into them. I don't know if Bachman is running his crew again or not, but I will check.

| Good work Mike. Are you pitching? I think we should have a meeting sometime soon to get everyones input to fill open date. This way everyone knows and can plan ahead.

| Looks good so far Mike! Thanks for taking the time. I will contact Haakan Vaadelan and see if he can handle our games. As far as exhibition everything looks good so far. The way Jody made it sound we are still going to be able to play in Menahga. Here are some teams that I would be interested in playing.

DL-Only if they come to us.
Shockers of course
Does Mills want us on the 4th again? I like playing there, plus we did get lucky last year.
Bluffton
Perham
Pelican doesn't excite me all that much. I'm sure they are over us bailing on them.

Maybe @ Nisswa that Friday night or Saturday night, or somebody else around there. Might as well get 2 games in if we are traveling.

Then we have a DH @ Blackduck Sunday 5/15, so maybe plan on staying up there somewhere. Maybe we can get kicked out of a Bemidji hotel.

| Nevis & Cass Lake both showed up to the meeting tonight and expressed their interest in joining the L&P, and were voted in after plenty of questioning.
South: Nimrod, Sebeka, Staples, Verndale
North: Midway, Wolf Lake, Huntersville, Red Eye
TBD: Blackduck, Cass Lake, Walker, Nevis
We are going to try to have these 12 teams + Resorters East to make up our Region. 2 teams from each of the 3 L&P division and 2 from Resorters East would go to Regions. This will have to be discussed and accepted within the 2 Regions and then approved by the State.
If the Regions don't change, it will be:
North: Midway, Wolf Lake, Blackduck, Cass Lake, Walker, Nevis
South: Huntersville, Red Eye, Nimrod, Sebeka, Staples, Verndale
So the schedule needs to be modified a bit. The 1st Lake & Pine game is now May 1 (April 24 is Easter).

| Updated schedule is posted.
With the added teams and later start date, we had to cram some games in.
I scheduled to be @ Cass Lake, 1:30 on 5/14, then we play @ Bemidji at 6:00 that same day, I don't see that being a problem. And then we are @ Blackduck on the next day - so again, might be a good idea to stay in Bemidji that Saturday night.
Had to schedule @ Red Eye Saturday 7/2 at 1:30. If NYM wants us to go there again that Saturday, we can play them after we play Red Eye if needed. Also had to schedule Sunday 7/3, home against Walker. Might have to see if we can get this one moved somewhere, since I don't want both of those days filled if possible.
Huntersville is scheduled to come play us in Menahga Midsummer Friday night, and the rest of Midsummer weekend off with Raze's wedding and just because it's Midsummer.
DL is added to come to Midway Saturday 6/18. I told them that we only want them to come if they bring a full squad, no excuses. If they don't want to, we can get somebody else.
This doesn't leave too many dates open. Maybe a game at Vergas somewhere if it fits in.

| Saturday May 28, Bluffton @ Midway 4:00 (after we play Verndale).
Moorhead Tourney is set. 3 pools of 4 teams. 2 games guaranteed, semifinals and finals on Sunday. Saturday May 21 vs. Fort Ripley at 10:30 a.m. & vs. Jamestown Merchants at 3:00:

The only other potential game is Saturday June 18 v. the Shockers @ Midway after we play DL.
Walker couldn't move their game from July 3, so the rest of the schedule is set.
