| This is an example of how this merger is going to look. We will be following the same NFL format weve done in the past... there will be two conferences.. the NFC and AFC...and 6 divisions AFC WATERBURY,AFC HARTFORD, AFC CONNECTICUT, NFC WATERBURY, NFC HARTFORD, AND NFC CONNECTICUT....

There could be more teams coming to this unified league but this is just a mock presentation of what it would look like...
1. We will follow the NFL format to decide playoff spots
2.Waterbury teams may enter playoffs for free but will not be eligible for cash payouts. They may enter cash payout by making a payment to the league but can only double their expenses paid for a cash prize
3.Waterbury teams do not have to enter state playoffs, the next team available will fill any left over spots.
4.Top 12 teams will make playoffs , wins and losses will be credited to the all time standings page with logos including regular season
5. Bottom 12 teams will play in open championship, wins in this playoff will NOT be added to all time standings page.
6. waterbury teams will win championship trophy
7. WINNER WILL BE LEGITLY BE CROWNED STATE CHAMPION IN EITHER DIVISION AS ITS A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THE STATE AS WE UNIFY.
8. Waterbury teams will be contacted 2 weeks prior to start of playoffs to see their interests in joining state playoffs.
9. waterbury teams standings, rosters and logos will be posted on the cffls site along with the other teams

| Doesnt make sense? IF your going to merge why not just make the Hartford league the NFC and the Waterbury league the AFC? have the playoffs just like they do in The NFL? If this merger was going to happen you can align the teams to make it balanced. have all the $ divided evenly and then there is NO issues. I think this is a step in the right direction but needs to be tweaked a little bit more. But is definitely a good starting point.

| Waterbury teams will still only play teams and play them in waterbury...by splitting waterbury teams into two different conferences allows for more of a mixture come time of the playoffs....by making waterbury a conference in itself would essentially just be placing champ v.s champ..also "Hartford" has too many more teams and could make 1 conference have 8 teams while the other has around 20...giving waterbury a higher percentage to make the state playoffs

| So the waterbury teams will play for whatever the payout is in Waterbury? then if they want to play in the the ST. playoff they can but wont get any $ if they win unless they pay $ to your league? sorry not to be a d*ck but Im failing to see how this benefits the waterbury teams?
Win the Waterbury league get a chance to play in the "CT. ST. Playoffs" for free to win a trophy and have our standings put on your website or Pay more $ and then have a chance to win a cash prize?

| Sorry for any confusion...but in not trying to make teams choose what playoffs to play in...I'm saying play in both of you are able to...play your waterbury schedule and playoffs as you will do....and if you can make it down on a saturday to play in the cffls playoffs...we are welcoming all the teams..not to say it'll be on a saturday but I will make the scheduke work around your waterbury league. Again this is not to make teams choose just trying to unify the state for the spring playoffs

| This merger is garbage! All it says is play in your Waterbury league but if you want to play where the supposed best of the best is pay me " cash" some $ and play in these state playoffs. If you think that this is a step in the right direction your seriously misguided. Only way this shit works is have an AFC and an NFC. Play playoffs and have a superbowl. Stop with the nonsense the Waterbury league will have at least 14. Teams and Hartford will be the same. THIS is the only way it will work. Captains aren't going to do this merger unless it's this way. This is the powers at be not budging on what's going in there own pocket. But cash cmon this shit is garbage

| I can make it clear for you guys...it costs nothing to join our playoffs...you will just pay your ref fees..again you don't need to pay me to join our playoffs. also you don't have to join our playoffs its an option ...for some of us we live the game and to compete and a cash prize is not so necessary...so if teams want to play they can play..if not ...just missed out on some cheap football against new teams that's all...no hrd feelings...and prettymuch 99% of teams are in board with this.and teams DO NOT...have to participte

So a team puts in $100 and wins everything and gets $200. doesnt make sense. and sorry but the only teams that have a shot at winning TRAVEL and they want to win $ to do that with?
