ANY TEAMS WHO STILL OWE A BALANCE AFTER MARCH 22ND A FEE OF $125 WILL BE ADDED. BRINGING THE TOTAL REGISTRATION FROM $499 TO $699 AND MUST BE PAID BY WEEK 5 OF THE REGULAR SEASON.

THESE FEES GIVE THE TEAMS WHO HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER AN INCENTIVE FOR BEING ON TIME AND PAYING IN FULL. THIS IS NOT A PUNISHMENT FOR TEAMS WHO DO NOT HAVE EVEYTHING IN ON TIME. I ENCOURAGE TEAMS TO DO WHATS BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR TEAMS, IF YOU NEED MORE TIME ITS FINE BUT YOU WILL NOT PAY THE SAME AMOUNT AS TEAMS WHO HAVE.

Doesn't seem like thats a good idea, if a team hasn't paid and starts off the season 0-5 I'm pretty sure they are going to pack it up and call it a season, leaving the CFFL out some money...you should probably reconsider that week 5 deadline to maybe a week 2 or 3 deadline at the most.... but just an opinion, not my league.

Basically you don't play if you don't pay there is no games or schedule for your team if they didn't pay

not sure where you see that a team hasnt paid gets to play, all teams will have at least $250 in for the league by the time it starts in this scenario..but shortening the time frame will be discussed at tonights meeting.
