ASA provided the following for each team:
Score books
ASA Manuals
ASA of PA booklets
Registration form
Liability and indemnification form
Pitching rule handout – ASA provided handouts for every team that illustrate (with photos) what is permissble and what is not regarding pitching motions.
Groove has copies for the teams that were not present for the second meeting.

Switching team rosters rule reviewed and agreed upon:
- After opening day a player is limited to one roster change per season.
- The league board must be notified of the transaction before the roster change can take affect. Notification is the responsibility of the new team captain. The board will then verify with the player in question and then make sure the prior team captain is aware of the roster change.
- The player will be required to sit out the next league game with his new team after receiving league approval.
- Board approval is needed for a player to move from a North roster to the South roster.
- Any player who switches rosters during the regular season must have played 10 regular season games with their new team to be eligible for the playoffs.
- The last day to make any changes to a teams League roster is June 15 (a team can make as many changes to their roster as needed prior to the cutoff date). There can be no roster changes after June 15.

Season set to start May 16th

3rd and final meeting set for April 23rd at Park Tavern (4205 East Lake Road) at 1:30pm.

3rd meeting agenda:
Schedules: For practices and regular season.
All star game: Open for discussion.
Game Balls: ? I'm not sure when they will be passed out.
