| Wouldn't it be better to develop ALL players instead of only coaches kids? It just seems to me that certain kids get special treatment in this league. I always heard that MV shows favoritism, but now I have seen it for myself. If the goal is to provide experience in youth baseball and softball so that youth can be healthier and happier adults, through a developmental program, why are only some kids left out during games. Their is WAY too much emphasis on winning in the younger divisions, WAY too much negative yelling and screaming, and WAY too much favoritism towards coaches kids.

| We definitely need more moving around of players. So many of the games in the younger leagues are deciding with 2-3 innings left to play. It would be great to see some of the outfielders get a shot in the infield. And coaches of teams who probably won't win the league, please let the scrubs have some time in the infield and the top of the lineup. They will get great memories, the studs will still get on the all-stars, and you still probably won't win the league.

| There are some oaches that do switch players around. This will allow the kids to get experience in different aspects of the game. There are also some coaches that have the "win at all cost" mentality. They are more focused on coaching the all star team then teaching the future of MV baseball.
