| HOW T CATCH A POP-FLY 1 Get behind the ball before ever considering getting underneath the ball because running up to the ball is easier than running back to get under it. Move lip inward.
2 Move into the ball as it descends. Keep from backpedaling because backpedaling can result in tripping or even running into another player/umpire who is also trying not ot laugh.
3 Commit to catching the pop-up fly ball, which depends on the pecking order of the team. If you call the pop-up, you now have total responsibility for catching the ball. Rely on the fact that the other team won't piss their pants laughing.
4 Catch the ball with both hands in a throwing position of the body (the leg of the throwing arm back in position and opposite leg forward) so you are ready to throw. As opposed to falling to your knees.
5 Practice the movement of the body before actually practicing catching a ball. Once you have the movement down, then have someone throw pop-ups for you to practice. Ravenwood at 7am next week.

| This is bullshit. The stat board doesn't round up? 3 hits in 16 at bats is .1875 so I should be getting credit for a .188 batting average not .187. Please address this issue and make the necessary corrections. thank you.

| I had front row seats for the display of fly ball outs made by Stevens. I feel .1875 is even too high.

| love it. The Fack-o-lantern taking me out. Is that a K? a laser foul ball with two strikes that hits chalk and gets called foul by an ump that hates me? And, really, is this a new rule? If so...I K'd. I feel like Nates grill looks. Actually no...I felt like Nates grill after getting blown up by a sizzler hit by that Smurf Neil St Jean ..who driled me on secret orders from the EWOK. Whew!
