| ive never seen a topic about the tightends in the league, and i think it is one of the most underated positions in flag football...these guys block the best pass rushers, release on routes and are vertical threats up the field...here are my top 10 tightends in this league
1. Kelvin Riddle -Knights (strong, agile, athletic, best stiff arm in the league...a true game breaker at the postion)
2. E.J. Henderson- Gators (a matchup problem for any team, fast enough to get up the seam, tough enough to protect in the pocket...great hands, and personally, hes my nemesis! lol)
3. Frankie Medina - Canes (a huge target, who understands the game and is willing to block all game if he needs to, he needs to be featured a little more in this offense)
4. Tim Uhl - T.O.B. (very fast in a straight line, a big body who can get up field and get yardage, also plays QB so his understanding of defenses should be superior)
5. Bulldogs TE #18 (this guy has to be over 6'4 and has long arms...hes a willing blocker and a good athelete)
6. J.B. -Trojans (you always feel like hes up to something when you play against this guy...hes a solid blocker and when he gets the ball he makes plays on screens and seams)
7. Lynch - Chargers (Tony Gonzales as i call him...hes a big body who has good hands and feet...doesnt catch the ball as much as he should in this offense)
8. T.E. Pookies aka The Saints (this guy is relatively new on my radar but he has impressed me right away with his attitude and skill...a perfect checkdown player for Rob to drop it off to, he can be dangerous 1 vs 1)
9. Adam Baez - Warriors (a tough kid who never quits in a game...not an incredibly polished receiver but hes strong and does his job well for Moose and the boys)
10. Dan Patterson - Knights (this is more of a joke because Ish never gets me any burn on O until i wear a pair of those tights...weirdo...I do think I would be good with the ball on a sidenote)
