| Many of you may or may not know that Frankie Comacho, a player for the CFFLs' Assasins lost his two year old son this week to a terrible illness.
Having grown up with Frankie, both on and off the football field, I felt obligated to attempt to do something that will help his family immediately.
Sunday I will be at the field with a large water jug and all I ask is that every player can step back and think " How would I feel if I lost the one thing in my life that I cant live without." Once you do that im sure you wont have an issue donating watever spare dollars or cents you may have, because watever little help we can offer the family will be appreciated in their long, painful fight to emotional rehabilitation.
As members of Connecticuts flag football community, im hoping the Captains can push to have your teams support one of our fellow players.
