| ..Brian Stevens. To qualify, a nominee must never bat higher than 9th in the order, never get asked to play in a weekend tourney, hates or never takes BP, is a catcher/dh only unless its a CCFF weekend, starts talking about GAME 3 about the 4th inning of Game 1, has a wife or girlfriend at least 10 levels above what he should hanging with, but every now and then....every once in a while...shows flashes of what might have been had they never invented beer, xbox, or the comfortable couch. Stevens is the clear cut front runner. winner gets a batsbatsbats gift cert from Botelho Insurance. And the Nominees are...................

| I think you set the parameters a bit too narrowly...I think I am the only person that can win there. The person needs to be hitting below .500 also. I am going to work on a "Worst of the Best" nominee as well.

| What is this world coming to? I can't even write self depricating smack posts? Well then fuck it. We play the Stallyns Sunday. Does that mean I can't have fun? Or is that statute just for the smack board. So we are clear Stevens,you can have all the fun you want at my expense. I will be a man about it and just laugh it off.

| I regretfully have to withdraw my name from the running. I was able to drop a few quails into the outfield grass this week against our beloved Stallyns. Therefore I will not be dropping below the .500 (stevens) line. However,there is another prime candidate on the Crowe squad. Niel St.Jean. he is well under the required batting mark,gets burned fairly regularly in the outfield,and,here's the kicker. He knocked Bobby B on his ass with a liner during our matchup this season. He also runs as slow as me,but in his defense,he is only 4'9.

| Neil is def in the running. McGrath, GUNZ, Riley ( the good Riley ) Kirby among others have all shot box with a laser and missed me...cuz Im extra Fn ready when they are up. Neil? Im just throwig it up there EZPZ no gyro no knuckle no slurve just niceNez talking to the fans waiting for the ball to land or blooped to JD at short...then KAPOW!! Using Galloways shaved MV3 no doubt he lasers one at my head and nearly sends me off to to that softball meeting in the sky...I saw a white light and Helen Baxter and then I hit the turf. So, Neil has occasional flashes of greatness..thus qualifying him for best of the worst.......

| Well then....it appears that I am the winner. I was 3-3 and one more hit would have put me at .500 so I did what any good team player would do....I took myself out of the lineup. .491 7 HR 28 RBI wins it... I also delivered a stunning pressed ham to Ryno when he arrived at the field.

| Wait!!! I take that back!!! Tom "Rob Deer" Vincent is apparently the winner of the best of the worst. How the hell do you hit 22 home runs and not hit .500. Congratulations on being the best sub .500 hitter Mr. Vincent.

| indeed, Tom Vincent has a great stat line. And he bats low in the order. And...and...I nearly had him signed..he was coming over with MERT..but...noOOOOo..you had to have your neighbors come join our team. 22 BOMBS. Thats more than your whole neighborhood.
