Nice Stevens...give VFW a scouting report. First of all, I got the one hit. Dont lump me in with Josh's suckiness. Secondly, it's exhausting pitching to that beast of a lineup. And My swing was slow and Im not allowed to take pregame PEDs so I dont see things getting better. And that DJ guy has a nasty knuckler and jammed me almost every goddamned time. It's a miracle that we are advanced and that only means that we signed up to take a semifinal beating from VFW. Congrats to Matt Walker, Delpads , McGrath and the rest of the Trust guys. Been a long time since a 7 seed knocked off a two seed.

CJ got it put in dry by CM in game 1, 34-4. Game was over in the bottom of the first.
Game 2 was a lot closer, with the winning run on base in the bottom of the 7th. CM won again, 11-9.
Ridiculous hitting display by the CM crew. Good luck the rest of the way.

Each weekend that we are scheduled to play suprises me, each victory nothing less than a gift from God. We cant compete with VFW and won't even try. They got the best lefty hitter in the league.
