	Tigers23 September 24, 2011 1:59:57 PM Entry #: 3805404	Tigers We need to come out all guns blazing tomorrow vs a Ravens team that is struggling in the B division. We are a better team and we need to show it from the opening whistle to the last. We DO NOT want to go into our bye week playing sloppy and poor football. We want to feel good about ourselves and know we are an elite team in the B divsion. We are shorthanded tomorrow but that is why we carry 23 guys on our roster. We have depth at all positions so its time for you guys to step it up! Tom #23

Hats off to our defense for not only putting up the first score of the game but holding them to no points for most of the game. I have always said its hard to shut any team out but we almost did. Offense we are growing and we did a lot of things that went well. We just need to be more consistant overall and we'll be fine Enjoy your bye week everyone TC #23
