| Make up Kits order forms are available at the gym. They are prepaid order forms and I need them back by Sat Nov 5, 2010. They will be collected at the desk. Again all checks are to be made to me, Faith Johnsen or cash in an envelope w/ order form! Accounts cannot be charged for this or credit card thru the gym. | What is needed in the jr prep package that was not in the mini's package. can you purchase just the items missing?

| If you need to order separate items they can be ordered. Just have mom call me for prices! But an order form will still be needed to specify which items.
