| Come playoff time I think the East will dominate the West because of the power game. The East teams grind it out and just all out buffalo their opponents with those massive offensive lines. The West playoff contenders are passing teams which is okay, but you need power too. Trust this, this years champ will come from the East. Don't sleep.

| good point....NOT! Look at the records of those powerful east teams vs the west teams. Look at the men's game and you don't see any teams (top teams) with a powerful running game outiside of 1 team from Chicago. Speed kills in this game and the WEST has a plethera of speed AND skill.

| that's why i said speed AND skill....having speed without good football skills doesn't give you an advantage in FOOTBALL. We can debate all day on who has the most speed but there's no denying that the best teams are in the West. We'll see come playoffs

| Im an asset player on an east team, realistically the west are far more powerful and skillful, the east has strategy.... this was dumb post anyways. just becasue we beat each other on the east side. doesn't mean were the shit just yet. honestly if lam or BG came and played right here right now against us, were done for.

| the west is powerful enough. what games are you watching? how does the east "grime it out" ......if the east is so tough...whats up with the ties and struggle to stay on the top, as you see already the board is set up for the west.

| Come playoff time everyone will have a chance. Any team that makes the playoffs can win it based on how it's set up these days. Too bad the number one's don't get a bye for the first round after all of their hard work for the regular season. They do get the money tho (can't win em all). Eventho the top seeds play later games for the playoffs they play closer together and will not be as rested for their 2nd and 3rd games. I can't wait to watch. I like what many of the teams are doing especially LClan, BM,LAM. BG's have a tough road because of lack of depth at the skill position. Lady Cougars will always be in a game because of their running game and sound defense. MW has been playing decent lately nothing spectacular but decent. Roughnecks have a ton of heart and will fight til the end. Playmakers chemistry seems to be coming together. Very tough to manage all those players AND get the team to gel in a short period of time. LD's have some great talent but coaching theatrics hold them back. Those are all of the possible playoff teams...one will not be there. Can't wait!!!

| This East vs. West talk is silly. Worry about your team and not your division. Both divisions have good teams. But, the west has some of the more historically successful teams in LAM, BG, and MW. That's not to take away from the East who have LC, etc. The East has been tough and that's reflected in the close match-ups and ties. But, again why does any of that matter?
In the end ONE team will be the champs, and not a division as a whole.

| We can always save the East vs. West talk for the All Star Game!!! But we can def factor in strength of schedule. This discussion is relevant when it comes down to playoff matchups, game by game strategies, etc. You def can't come in thinking your gonna do what you did in the regular season and survive in the playoffs. Its waaay too many good teams and athletic weapons to even start having tunnel vision. Good luck to all the Teams and may the BEST Team WIN!!!
