| Please check your email (parents email). I have sent out a notice to all those competing this Saturday at Boca Raton. If you had not paid your $10. please do so ASAP. We also need one parent to come in to sign medical release form for Boca competition.

| I have uploaded the Bash Spirit medical release form under Make payment & Online forms icon. You may print out and sign and send in with your kids to practice if you are not able to come to gym. I know there are some that carpool and/or kids drive on their own to gym.
