| Arrogance, hard headedness and inner cliques dont work. Those issues have ran rampant on that team and has caused them to lose "several" key players. If the same thing keeps happening then you must look at management and the leaders i.e. the QB etc. Ant is a like Marv Levy, Dan Reeves and Norv Turner...good teams but cant get over that hump. Their rush line and O line (aside from the fast center and rusher with dreads) is suspect. If you dont hold it down in these areas (which is often considered the foundation of a successful team...then it does not matter that you have great D backs or Rcvrs).
