| Hi Sarge, will there be free beer again like the last time? Some of the guys we are bringing were asking. Knowing you guys and how well you run things, I would bet my first born it's a Yes, but had to ask. If not, our group will have to come up with a contingency plan and bring a large cooler as I am the designated driver and will be baby-sitting my son and all of his friends.

| Not a bad showing last night. A little under what we wanted but everyone had a good time. Teams should be prepared to pay a little more for league fees this year with us taking over the maintenance of the field.

| Glad to hear it! I got the basics for the "next fundraiser" loaded and in the tube. I'll be in touch with y'all to share the plan for phase 2.
(This is the raffle idea Jeremy and I were talking about at the managers meeting)
Good job to those that made the poker tourny happen. It was none of the Bulls that's for sure. We'll make it up on this one...

| I agree it was a good time. That being said all we did was make a little more than what the A's entry would have been. So we really are at square one not ahead. We had 44 players, of which half, were people who are not affiliated with the league. It's sad when we have more than 175 players in the league. The church said they couldn't make it on $8000 grand with a concession stand and limited investment in maintaining the common areas ie.[ fuel expense which the few provided for the many]. It's real simple it is going to take money and persperation to make this work. We have unique situation, a facility all to ourselves. It will not work if we continue to have more takers than givers. We can do this!

| If anyone is interested in doing a golf tournament at seasons end, i will have a big hand in it. i have helped run two tournaments in the past, but requires alot of participation.. It may not help us this year, but for next year it can. and they bring in a nice lump of cash...
