Below are the 2012 preseason rankings according to regional league directors, tournament directors, officials, team coaches and captains, as well as the MCFFU Staff for the 9v9 Pro Open and Competitive Divisions. There will be a series of tournaments held throughout the year on the USA Circuit beginning with the CT on March 10-11, where teams will be ranked based on tournament wins, W/L records and points in their respective regions. Bids and prizes will be awarded at each event, as well as travel expenses for those events that qualify with adequate numbers.

This will be followed by a huge annual Northeast vs. Mid-Atlantic National Championship at the end of the summer where teams from NY, NJ, RI, CT, MA and other NE states will face off against MD, PA, DC, VA and NC in a winner take all event featuring 2 Divisions Pro Open and Competitive Divisions! There will be no Pro teams competing in this event, limited rosters to prevent team stacking and lower entry fees for all participating teams (higher discounts awarded to teams in sanctioned leagues). Winners of the NE vs. Mid-Atlantic National Championships (Pro Open and Competitive Division) will win a free bid to the WC, travel expenses and the top seed in the World Championships (the amount of the travel expenses will be based on the total team participation). The team with the most total points on the circuit will earn the automatic 2 seed in the WC…

The Pro Open and Competitive WC Champs can earn a year of FREE flag football on the MCFFU circuit in participating tournaments hosted by the MCFFU and our affiliates including and not limited to VA Beach NC, Atlantic City NC and the Annual Northeast vs. Mid-Atlantic National Championships (details can be found on the MCFFU website)! Furthermore, the sanctioned league that accumulates the most points during the year on the circuit will receive discounts in the NE vs Mid-Atlantic National Championships as well as the World Championships for all teams! Visit the MCFFU for more details!

FULL DETAILS REGARDING THE NORTHEAST VS MID-ATLANTIC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE POSTED ON THE MCFFU WEBSITE SOON...
