| Got swept by GQ. Great unis. Great Coach. Cannot be rattled. Great pitcher. Great Fielding. They bring the THUNDER and the LIGHTNING. 1 thru 11 every guy rakes...except the legend John Amore who was held hitless in game ONE by a nasty combo of gyros, knuckle gyros and RKGs. and I mean 1 thru 11. We are a complacent team of fattys who's streak of 5 consecutive finals is over. Dutilly at first, Ernie making out with his GF every three minutes like he's in the 8th grade and just discovered IT. ..what a sh*T show. Now its just a 13 week slog through the rest of the season and maybe we get to 18-10 and maybe make the palyoffs only to get CROWED ( which of course means bounced in the first round ). Great job Busta. Real nice team .

The mighty botelho reign has come to a screaching halt, TEMPORARILY, giving all respect due, although, Yu did seem to Hav the flustered crazy eyed look of Deniro in Taxi, upon being handed a double dose of GQ wooping.

| Not fair. Cebella hit a reg pitch for a bomb. Dan R kills the regular gyro. So does damicco. Nobody hits the rkg. Nobody. And honestly, I was goddamned masterful for 5 innings. You try going thru that lineup twice not giving up a bomb . And I hit one myself ...which isn't being talked about enough .

| The first five innings I was trying to win. then when I figured out no one else on our team was trying....joke on me, Dutilly playing first should have been a hint..he hasn't been on the business side of the chalk in 6 years....so, when I finally caught on....it was time to sell insurance. Feeding meatballs to power hitting softball beasts is better advertising than a lizard with a British accent. Ask Playa, Neil, Knight and Demo. Stevens, it should be noted....rolled outta bed...hasnt held a bat since November.....two bombs. That is truly amazing. If there was enuff cardboard in the world I would order a life size cutout of Stevens in the am to honor him.

| I believe the mentioned narragansett ASA league starts tonight, anyone with nothing to do could start videoing all the games down there in hopes that Rocco is playing for another team and if he is, then he won't play another game for GQ. We already made that mistake and won't hand ANYONE another win that they don't earn

| Thank you for spelling my name correctly Busta. And, that poster is priceless and your posing ability has no peers. However, there was a Facebook page with Andrew listed on roster. Like Adam said, the league hasnt started yet..so no harm . Mysteriously , that Facebook page is now down. I will let that fact stand on its own and let everybody make their own inferences and draw their own conclusions. Andrew appears to be a great kid and a very good player and he will be an asset to our league. Maybe he can get his old man out on the field. 30 years ago he raked and Ill bet he still does. Luckily, this was addressed early so that we don't have a JRs 2005 or 2006 situation on our hands. Dutilly , in fact, wrote the book this subject. Its RI ..several Coventry guys play in NK as well...so. The exempt rule serves a legitimate purpose..though, I still have trouble getting my mind around it some days. Lets move forward. Thanks again for our annual early season ass kicking. Although, the lack of comments of my pitching dominance early in the game is a little disconcerting.

| fact of the matter is ...nobody will beat my record and have to forfeit 25 wins because of being illegal....but in my case it wasnt my fault...craig riley was the one who made me do it and said everything will be fine.....thats why since that happened he hasnt won shit..................by the way...good job gq this week....but im thinking you guys are not "smart softball players" meaning with me playing 1st base you did not hit one ground ball to me..had you gone my way the first game would still be going on in the 3rd inning

| Not to back up a team that is going to be one of our battles this year im going to have to stand by busta just for the fact that i know i rocco and he doesnt play in the narragansett league he actually plays in the same league i do in north kingstown and had a conversation with him over the weekend at the annual one pitch tourney that we have every year and he told me that he wasnt playing in coventry during the spring and only playing with GQ in the fall.

| GQ, great showing this past weekend. You deserved both wins and look like a much improved squad. The left side of your infield is lights out... unless they switch places then amore forgets which hand his glove goes on. But seriously great games. I would like to say it was fun but it was not. I NEVER enjoy losing. That being said Fujitsu is NOT a botelho player and if he was I would personally request first dibs on kicking his ass.
