| Looking for advice when building a new team. What are the most important positions to start with and how many guys is enough but not to much, i mean I know its 9 on 9 but it seems like a lot of players play both ways. Any insight is appreciated you can save the negative ish for another post.
Oh and I already have my QB so beyond a QB

| Need a solid o- line and some sort of system offensively and defensively and find guys to fit it. 15-20 guys that accept their role. Too many egos is a bad thing.

| You need a QB that know football. A legit o line and a relentless d line who put pressure every play.

| starting off i wouldnt say great. great would be nice but it is very hard to find lineman so you cant be to pickey. you gotta find lineman who want to block.
