| Its now late in the 2nd half of the season and all the teams who had college players again have their services. Along with a few other youngsters, this group is about as talented a class as we've seen in a while. There are several BIG TIME players who are not only carrying their teams but putting a as how on for the whole league.
If these guys continue to improve and mature and team captains build around them........watch out!!!
BEST YOUNG PLAYERS I'VE SEEN
QB, Dave Gondek (HAWKS) looks the part, a natural leader and efficient QB may already be the leagues best
QB, Connor Butkiewitz (WARRIORS) in just 3 games he has been VERY good and is the future of a tremendously talented Warriors squad
QB, Dino Mancinelli (CHARGERS) a gifted passer has great touch on the deep ball, needs experience to blossom
WR, Stevie Dunbar (HAWKS) doesnt seem so young cause hes been playing since he was 9 but Dunbar is pure excitement on the field
WR, Tyler Dube (WARRIORS) this kid is flat out NASTY........end of story
RB/DE Kerwin "Coon" Roman (KILLA HILL) a gritty, tough and powerful runner who is quickly getting a rep for leaving defenders face down
WR/S Pat Hussey (CHARGERS) in his first year as a full time starter Hussey is tied for 2nd in TD catches and has been unstoppable on XP's
RB Ray Hunter (CANES) little Reggie's "little" brother is compact and explosive and it doesnt hurt to have that Hunter attitude
DE Steve Kelly (BRONCOS) the kid has a motor and a wont back down from anything 8 sacks on the year and counting.......
DE Adam Tuck (SPARTANS) although hes not in the stat column (lol) his presence is pretty well know already. Long, fast and athletic he will be a problem for years to come
CB/WR Rick Kirkland (CHARGERS) arguably the best CB in the league and top 5 in the state already also has added 9 TD's this year on O
S Dion O'Joe (HAWKS) ***See Tyler Dube)
Im sure we missed a few and for you young lineman out there get used to not hearing your name LOL, ots the nature of the position! BUT I have seen a handful of solid young lineman out there
