| The meeting scheduled for tonight has been cancelled due to a lot of the Team Reps being unable to attend thus, I will contact all team Reps, gather their input, and announce the Allstar Teams within the next few days.

| George, have you contacted team reps? Will the All Star game be held on Sunday?
The idea of an all star game is great but why does it always have to be so makeshift and unorganized?

| No response. Would appear there is little respect for the teams and players. Is there no accountability? Integrity? Committment? It's bittersweet, because we have dedicated and solid players, coaches, & teams. I want to be proud of the league, as much as I am proud of teams and coaches that participate! We deserve better.
Come on! Are you kidding me?
Isn't there a calendar available, at the beginning if the season? What goes on at league meetings? Why do we settle for less? Where is the vision, the organization, the planning? How long has the league been in existence? Next season, let us get this worked out, in the beginning! Proper planning is more than welcomed! We wouldn't look down upon it. Promise!

| This is my help. In identifying an area where I think there is much room for improvement and providing constructive criticism. Lastly, I am offering recommendations for the future! Hopefully, you will realize my post is not intended to cause friction/defensiveness. It is only, that our league continues to grow and is as successful, enjoyable, exciting and rewarding as can be!
So, instead of defending what I call the indefensible, contribute ways you feel we can get better. So we can be better and not anything less.
DC ELY ain't nothin to uck wit! I love my league!
