| I just want to put all the cards on the table about a posible merger and what has happened and what has currently happened
Whayt has Happened
Me chris champ met weeks ago and i offered them to merge the tournament and all Commissioners would keep all theer teams Income and pay for their teams expenses. Champs teams (Milford and his extras) Severinos teams (Waterbury, MCFFU, and extras.. Blunts teams (Hartford, and my extras)
This was declined because Severino said that some CFFL teams should be "HIS" teams/income. And also he believed that no matter how many teams they brought everything should be split evenly, if they brought 2 teams i brought 12...still split evenly etc etc..
I declined that and offered a buy in and offered them to buy in to my product/business and what ive built.. Which to keep it short and sweet. If they paid me to be "partners" id be able to split evenly with everyone on all events no matter if they brought 0 teams or 100 teams.
I then again stressed to everyone at the meeting, is that the commissioners should keep their own teams income and cover their own teams costs, just to see how it works out.
I then offered a 3rd option where i said ok we can split "evenly" but id like to be paid for my services such as Stats, Media, Updating ETC ETC... This was also declined as
they said they could do it themselves, and do not want to "pay me" for the site work
That basically ended all talks as i personally could not understand how the 1st offer - to keep your teams, and keep your income isnt the easiest way for a merger... But as i said before, Chris had informed me that some CFFL teams were his and thats why it should be even for all commisioners
Now thats the past, but just giving background info..
Now the present...., as i see that some still have false rumors in their ear.. This is the offer i originally presented So Its clear:
1. ALL Comissioners keep their teams income from there respective leagues last played in. And also keep the "extra teams/income" also and just cover your own teams expenses
This solution is the easiest possible
Im just putting it out there that this was offered and currently i offered it to Chris again yesterday, as i am "returning to the game as a player" lol
Im also just clearing the air of those who have posted and said im "greedy" or i ruined the "merger" so i just want to put the truth out also lol

| Ive notified Chris that each person would cover there own expenses... and informed him that he MCFFU expenses he has are his expenses, as Chris pays the MCFFU to be apart of the MCFFU they can tell/market teams to go to his events
As i also dont feel that he has to pay my expenses for the commercials and advetising and marketing ive done for this league.
NO response from chris in quite a while a few days ago
But as of right Now its still 2 seperate tournamnets.
As soon as he confirms he can cover his own expenses for his teams and take his income from his teams... Ill let youi know, but he has not agrred currently.
Still 2 seperate tournaments

| Hey listen ive been down this road before and each time ive been lucky enough that its worked in my favor.
With no offense to chris but before ive tried to merge with him and ive waited and waited on the response to the "hiccup" in the merger, but the longer you wait myself or chris can at one point say "I CANT MERGE" because its gotten too deep an the comissioner can lock the the teams in and say i dont need your teams or you.
So im posting on here so people can see where i stand and my last info and on what dates. Ive informed Chris last night i just needed an answer to yes or no to "merge" the tournament and the numbers or hiccups can be worked out later.
He informed me that the rhode island allstar game is consuming all his time and he cant give an answer on merging for a day or 2, and then informed me that he would let me know last night. I still dont know anything
I also said id just ONLY like to know if its a merger or not, because this week id actually start to talk to teams, and push my marketing ideas to persue them to play in my tournament and do not want to step on his toes if were merging...for example free tournament, cash prizes bids etc etc. But again i have no answer from him yet..
Im just being str8 forward, maybe chris feels has enough teams where he can say i dont need Kash,and i dont have a problem with that, but at the end of the day that still leaves the teams i have or he has in different tournaments, and still with the teams asking can you guys do one tournament.
I dont have to keep anything behind closed doors, I promote the game of flag football, not teams or individuals. If i have 6 teams or more the tournament will be on. After today if there is no answer from chris, as ive told him, im moving forward to persue all the teams to particpate in my tournament by any means necessary. If they choose mine good, if not... no biggie move forward.

| Lol no names are sooo entertaining... You do realize i started flag footbalk by givingbout a free tournwmnt with a big prize lol...so if this merger doesnt happen and i do that again, please inform us who is greedy/thief then lol...
