Making my rounds at the fields I seem to be seeing a lot of players with shorts I have said things and I'm still seeing them so I'm gonna instruct umpires that no one is permitted to play in shorts.Need to play in shorts play co-ed,over 35,girls league,big ball oops..Want to change it bring it up at meeting next year. Will take effect on July 9th.
