| Our league meeting on Wednesday, July 11th will in be at 6:30 at the HUK E LAU. We will address several items including the release of the full 2012 schedule as well as other items that need to be discussed. One item in particular is the possible decision by some teams of playing in the P.V.T.F.L. as well as another league on the same day (morning). Please be aware of our rules reguarding forfeits.
Very simply stated "RULE 5.8 : " Any team failing to field a team of eight (8) players by game time will be responsible to pay the ref fee's for that game AS well as the other teams ref fee's for that game.
"RULE 6.0: "Game time IS forfeit time."
If any team is thinking of playing a game in another league at 9am, and then thinking it can play a game in the P.V.T.F.L. at 10:30, don't bother trying. You will be late, you will have to forfeit, and you will have to pay the ref fee's for your missed game AS WELL AS the other teams ref fee's for that game missed ( a total of $220 ). See you at the meeting on Wednesday.
